At Thrive Chiropractic & Laser Clinic, we operate as an insurance-independent practice. This means we do not participate with insurance networks and do not bill insurance on behalf of patients. Our care model was intentionally designed this way to prioritize clinical decision-making, personalized care, and time spent with each patient, without the limitations or administrative constraints imposed by insurance-driven systems.

Why We Are Insurance Independent
Insurance-based models often require standardized visit lengths, restricted treatment options, and documentation focused on billing requirements rather than patient outcomes. By remaining insurance-independent, we are able to:

- Customize care plans based on clinical need - not coverage rules
- Utilize modern technology and conservative therapies without arbitrary limitations
- Maintain transparent, upfront pricing
- Focus fully on patient care rather than insurance authorization or denials

What This Means for Patients
As an insurance-independent clinic:
- Payment is due at the time of service
- We do not submit claims, obtain authorizations, or communicate directly with insurance companies
- All care recommendations are made based on what is clinically appropriate, not what an insurance plan may or may not cover
Patients may choose to submit receipts to their insurance provider independently if they wish. However, reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined solely by the insurance carrier.
